Unscrupulous people could collect information they shouldn't be able to access without that level of trust. In order to provide this support, that level of access is required. Your trust is important to us. Without your trust, we can't provide the level of support you require. Or worse, you would choose to take your business elsewhere. We pledge to do the following:
- Always be honest. Even if it means telling you that you don't need service from us. If there is a better solution, we'll tell you that. Money doesn't grow on trees, and you worked hard for your money. We won't waste it just to get an extra dollar.
- Never access your data without your consent. We will assume that reporting a problem to us provides consent to the specific data referenced in the problem report. Your data shall be treated as confidential. We will need to analyze your data directories to balance backup sets, but not read the contents of any data file.
- Provide the best solution to problems available.
